  1. MX4200.3
  2.    The low battery circuit on Ron's MX-4200 was  misadjusted
  3.    to  shut  down  the  scanner prematurely when the battery
  4.    voltage fell below 4.7 volts.  I readjusted the low  bat-
  5.    tery threshhold to 4.0 volts.

  7.    You can use the same procedure, but  you  will  need  the
  8.    following equipment:

  10.       o An adjustable, regulated DC power supply, capable of
  11.         furnishing between 3 and 5 volts at 500 mA or more.
  12.  
  13.       o An accurate means  of  measuring  voltage  from  the
  14.         power  supply.  A digital voltmeter with an accuracy
  15.         of 5% or better is preferred.
  16.  
  17.       o A #1 Phillips screwdriver.
  18.  
  19.       o A Small, slotted screwdriver or alignment tool.
